where do we start?

If you believe your portfolio can be better managed with Dooley & Saint, there is no need to wait for the end of a tenancy. With D&S Switch, we will arrange to transfer the management of your entire portfolio, including protected deposits, from your existing agent to Dooley & Saint, subject to their contract.

It’s very similar to changing energy provider. On your instructions, we will make all the necessary arrangements without any disruption to you or your tenants.

property marketing and letting

For portfolios under our management, we will market and let property when vacancies occur. There is an additional charge for this – please see our Pricing page.

This includes high quality advertising through the most popular channels, accompanied viewings and detailed feedback. We will draw up all necessary tenancy documents and manage insurance, inventories, rental deposits and all legal notices that are required. Full details of charges may be seen on our Pricing page.

portfolio structure and taxation

Recent changes in how property is taxed can have a significant effect on the performance of your portfolio. You can make significant savings through how your portfolio is structured.

With our partners, Dooley & Saint provides company structure and taxation advice to our clients.

compliance

We help our clients to comply with the wide ranging regulations demanded of landlords, particularly in regard to gas, electrical and fire safety.

From 25th May 2018 landlords are required to comply with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and must be able to demonstrate how the data they hold is used with permission and securely stored. This is achieved on our secure cloud platform.
