For portfolios under our management, we will market and let property when vacancies occur. There is an additional charge for this – please see our Pricing page.

This includes high quality advertising through the most popular channels, accompanied  viewings and detailed feedback. We will draw up all necessary tenancy documents and manage insurance, inventories, rental deposits and all legal notices that are required. compliance

We help our clients to comply with the wide ranging regulations demanded of landlords, particularly in regard to gas, electrical and fire safety.

From 25th May 2018 landlords are required to comply with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and must be able to demonstrate how the data they hold is used with permission and securely stored. This is achieved on our secure cloud platform.
