who we are

Dooley & Saint is a Warwickshire based property portfolio management agency, offering a customised experience to property investors.

We don’t have the overheads of traditional high street estate agents, so our clients pay less. We charge a monthly flat fee of £50 for each property under our management.

Tom 5

tom’s story

Tom hails from the Lake District and first came to the Midlands to study at the University of Birmingham. Several years in London followed as a management consultant in energy markets before he returned to Birmingham to study Real Estate and Management.

After qualifying as a chartered surveyor in 2005, he became fund manager for a niche property investment fund in Solihull. His experience of high street managing agents during this time often left him infuriated and he resolved to do it differently.

He co-founded Dooley & Saint with Ben Craig and now lives in Leamington Spa with his wife and three daughters.

ben’s story

Ben has been building since he first started labouring for a local company close to his Daventry home during school summer holidays.

That gave way to professional rugby for the Northampton Saints but, when a knee injury ended his career after five years at the top level, he set up his own contracting company. He and Tom worked together on several projects before combining their businesses to offer a wider range of property management and investment services.

His first love is carpentry but he will turn his hand to all aspects of general building and property management. Ben came to school in Coventry aged 11 and has never left the city. He is married with two sons and still plays club rugby for Old Wheats.
