If you’re renting by the room, the price for the fully managed service shown above is £40 per room.
Legal and Professional Fees
The provision of legal support and advice in connection with Section 8 and Section 21 notices, eviction, taking action over tenant arrears, debt recovery, deposit disputes and court attendance will be proposed and charged for on a case by case basis. These matters are not included within the scope of the above fees.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
